1. How do I place an order on Zupraa?
Simply browse our products, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID by email or SMS. Use the link to track your order in real time.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing them. Please email us at zupraa8@gmail.com as soon as possible.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described. Visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Standard shipping charges apply to orders below ₹999.

9. Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Yes, we deliver across most locations in India. Remote or restricted areas may experience slight delivery delays.
